What he discovers about his very unconventional family, and about...。《无手老师》根据我省湟中县小学教师马复兴的感人事迹拍摄的。他作为一名身残志不残的乡村教师，从小就立志为社会做出更多的贡献。这种精神，在今天实现中国梦的过程中，马复兴无疑缔造了一个关于梦想与情怀的奇迹。更令人敬佩的是，这名乡村残疾教师做到了常人难以做到的事情，从这个意义上来说，马复兴是这个时代当之无愧的英雄。 故事片《无手老师》由省委宣传部、省广电局、省残联、省文联、省教育厅、省福利彩票发行中心、西宁市委宣传部联合摄制。。本片根据水运宪同名中篇小说改编。 省电业局副局长傅连山毛遂自荐和总工程师梁友汉到班子很乱的佳津地区电业局进行管理体制改革，得到了戴冰、郭小成等知识分子和干部的支持，但却遭到佳津地委书记郭成、佳津电业局副局长大王等人的反对。傅连山遭到挫折，被排挤出电业局。郭成又强令超负荷输电，造成严重事故。改革虽然失败了，但历史是要前进的。。
