The judicial system hides behind claims of insufficient evidence to prosecute crimes, while journalists are the ones who provide such evide...。本片讲述两个女孩惺惺相惜，一起疯闹、一起玩耍、一起挣扎在残酷的青春岁月里。。罗培石（陈宝国饰）是集团董事长，爱上了天真烂漫的少女许丽雯（常远饰）。哪知道许丽雯的腹中怀上了罗培石的孩子，她企图以这个孩子为筹码来要挟罗培石同妻子林寒冰（王姬饰）离婚，两人之间因此发生了激烈的争吵，在推推搡搡之间，许丽雯坠入了海中。 丁兆龙（尤勇饰）身为刑警队队长，开始了对于案件的调查。曾文君是许丽雯的继母，巧合的是，罗培石竟然是曾经抛弃过自己的初恋情人。经受不住这巨大的打击，恍惚之中曾文君遭遇了车祸被送往医院。丁兆龙很快便敏锐的察觉了罗培石和这些背后的千丝万缕的关联，然而罗培石坚实的背景让丁兆龙的查案遭遇了重重困难。。
