健作（田中圭饰）是一名平凡的公司职员，深深敬仰作家太宰治。某天，他与妻子美代子参加完婚宴返家途中，意外来到太宰曾企图殉情的海边。兴奋不已的健作无视妻子的劝阻，执意走入幽暗的洞窟，没想到在洞穴深处，竟遇见一个与太宰治一模一样的男人！难道，他穿越到了太宰治生活的时代……！？。Two young men (Jon Cryer, Rick Stear) who have been friends since early childhood decide to go on a trip to find a third friend (Rafael Baez) who has long since disappeared. Stories they have heard indicate that the friend has been seen in an apparently rambling, incoherent state at Coney Island. Their trip leads them to a number of adventures involving the otherworld-like life...。
