《人面鱼：红衣小女孩外传》改编自台湾乡野传说“人面鱼“，1990年代有人在高雄县冈山镇（今高雄市冈山区）出游钓起一尾吴郭鱼（罗非鱼），烧烤食用时却听到诡异的声音询问：“鱼肉好吃否？”之后其拍摄的照片鱼的上头还浮现人脸，令当事人毛骨悚然，不过事件本身有诸多疑点被认为是无根据的谣传。。学业优秀的高中二年级学生村上良太（逢坂良太 配音）是天文部唯一一名成员，童年时代他曾有过十分要好的朋友“黑猫”，但在一次事故中，少女黑猫为了营救良太而被宣告死亡。这起事件给了良太沉重的打击与创伤，因此他才希望代替黑猫仰望星空，找到传说中的外星人。这一天，美丽女孩黑羽宁子（种田梨沙 配音）转到良太的班级，他惊讶地发现，黑羽竟和黑猫长得极其相像。宁子是个奇怪神秘的女孩，她不会九九乘法，却能够预测他人的死期。她在暴雨中拯救了本该死去的良太，并向对方透露了其魔法使的身份。为了保护良太，宁子拒绝与之过多接触。然而好奇心十足且对过去抱着诸多疑问的良太，还是义无返顾闯入了一个神秘而危险的世界…… 本片根据冈本伦的原作改编。。A dramedy that tells, with irony and humor, the adventures of Eliseo, the janitor of an upper class building, who, behind the back of the managing company that employs him, uses his position to surveil and be intimately acquainted with the building's tenants.
