每集以中醫醫理、西方醫學的角度，細談不同的生理與心理病症，包括都市病、流行性疾病，還會因應不同病症，帶來業界最新或最有科學根據的治療方案，讓觀眾參考。節目亦邀請本人(或其親朋)曾患上該病症的藝人，以「過來人」身分，訴說患病和康復的心路歷程。。《中国礼·陶瓷季》作为今年压轴的文化类季播节目，由江西卫视负责策划制作，从策划创意到拍摄实施历时一年多，先后克服邀请嘉宾、涉外拍摄等诸多困难，是多工种、跨部门联合创作的结果。节目邀请16位陶瓷艺术家入驻“中国礼工坊”，为共建“一带一路”贡献力量的国际友人订制并赠送陶瓷礼。节目立足小切口，做好“大文章”，多方位展示陶瓷艺术，更好地推动中华优秀传统文化的传承与创新。。Damien and Nadia, in their thirties, are leaving Paris with Chloé, their 8 year old daughter, to settle in the French provinces.
